Real Estate Dispute Resolution Associate | 2-7 PQE | Nottingham A leading national law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Dispute Resolution Associate to join their dynamic team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-quality property disputes, handling everything from landlord-tenant issues to development-related disputes. About the Role: · You'll be advising on a range of real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant matters (lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture), development disputes (rights of light, restrictive covenants, boundary issues), and possession claims and trespass actions. · There's plenty of variety in the role - you'll also be involved in property insolvency work and drafting key documents like pleadings, witness statements, and court applications. What We're Looking For: · You'll have 2-7 years' PQE in real estate disputes or property litigation, with strong technical knowledge. · Experience with county court and First-tier Tribunal proceedings is ideal, but we're also looking for someone who's keen to get involved in a range of different litigation matters. · We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, commercially minded, and keen to learn. You'll need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Why Join? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national firm that's well known for its high-quality work and supportive culture. You'll be working on complex, high-profile disputes, with the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. The team is collaborative and down-to-earth, and they're keen to support your professional growth and development. Although you'll be based in Nottingham, the role will require you to travel to the firm's Birmingham office twice a month, so a bit of flexibility is key. The firm offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a great work-life balance. To apply for this role or for further information, please contact Lauren Evans at BCL Legal.
