Head of Commercial Litigation | Manchester A highly regarded, ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an established Partner to lead its Commercial Litigation team in Manchester. This is a rare chance to shape the department's strategy and take a senior role in a firm that is investing in growth. This is a role for an established Partner who has the background and gravitas to lead and shape an existing team. The role · Head the Commercial Litigation team, setting strategy and driving growth · Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex commercial disputes · Develop and manage key client relationships, with a clear plan for business development · Contribute to firm-wide strategy and work with other partners in the senior management team · Mentor and develop fee earners in the team · Raise the team profile through measured marketing About you · Established Commercial Litigation Partner looking to lead a team · Proven track record of leading complex disputes · Client relationships or a sold network to tap into · Experience of managing a team or mentoring juniors · Strong profile in the Manchester and North West market This is an opportunity to enter the Partnership, with the autonomy to manage and shape the Commercial Litigation team.
