Court of Protection Solicitor

A well-regarded regional law firm in Cheshire is seeking a motivated and ambitious Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its growing Court of Protection team based in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build a specialist career in Court of Protection work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will work closely with experienced practitioners on a varied caseload, including deputyship applications, management of property and financial affairs, and advising on issues affecting vulnerable clients.
