Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE)

Residential Conveyancer - Chester Outstanding North West law firm is looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer to join its existing team in Chester. THE FIRM Highly regarded multi disciplinary law firm based in the centre of Chester Providing expert legal advice to its clients for over 50 years, offering services to both commercial and private clients both locally and nationally. The residential property team offers a personal and tailored service to its clients and is led by a solicitor with over 20 years experience within the sector. THE ROLE Working within a friendly team, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential property transactions The caseload will include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in handling a broad range of conveyancing matters is required for this role A strong desire to work in conveyancing, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure BENEFITS Competitive salary up to £60,000 and excellent benefits package A great opportunity to work with a firm offering genuine scope for career development.
