The Role
You will run a manageable residential property caseload, including high-value transactions, and play a key role within the team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on sales and purchases across the full range of residential property, including houses and flats, with a particular emphasis on high-value properties
- Handling complex residential conveyancing transactions
- Providing accurate, timely, and commercially realistic advice in response to client enquiries
- Proactively identifying and undertaking training and development to meet personal, SRA, and business requirements
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing, with the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is advantageous
