Senior Private Client Solicitor - Cumbria Location: Flexible / Hybrid Working Available | Salary: Up to- £65k (DOE) A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a diverse range of private client matters, including Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and agricultural clients, handling complex cases and providing tailored legal advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE who is looking for a more flexible, fulfilling career. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including complex trusts, estates, and high-net-worth clients. Provide expert legal advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters. Supervise and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and developing the team. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions. Prioritize and manage your workload effectively, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Skills & Experience Required 5+ years PQE in Private Client law. Strong experience in handling a range of private client matters, including estates, trusts, Wills, and Powers of Attorney. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. STEP or the Association of Lifetime Lawyers membership is desirable but not essential. What We Offer Flexible Working: Hybrid or remote working options available.
