Conveyancing Team Manager - South Manchester The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing, forward-thinking practice based in a well-connected South Manchester location. The Role This is a key leadership position where you will manage and support a team of 10-12 conveyancing professionals across a range of experience levels. The team handles a broad caseload including sales, purchases, and both freehold and leasehold matters. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring, and developing team members Providing technical guidance and oversight on files Conducting regular file reviews and ensuring quality standards Supporting recruitment and onboarding Delivering training and encouraging continuous improvement This role would suit someone who enjoys fostering a positive, high-performing team culture while maintaining excellent client service standards. About You You will bring strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing along with a collaborative and supportive approach to leadership.
