Construction Litigation Associate A well known Dubai based law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join their team. This successful team generally navigate complex disputes, arbitration, and cross-border cases within the GCC region. The firm are seeking a qualified solicitor with strong exposure to Litigation and Arbitration work within the GCC region, this will include working as part of a team on high value disputes with cross border issues. Ideally your workload will have focussed on disputes related to Construction related issues. The firm are a well known independent firm who are known as an excellent employer. This is an opportunity to break away from the strictures of "big law" and have more self determination about the way that you work and your own career progression. The structure of the team means that this role is most likely to suit those with 2-5 years' PQE although more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
