The position will suit an experienced private client solicitor, who is interested in running their own team - without having to build it up first. The team already has an excellent work flow, lots of strong relationships with referrers and a steady flow of repeat business. Applications are sought from qualified solicitors with strong experience and excellent technical knowledge. You should also have experience of supervising junior solicitors and of taking part in networking/ business development.
