Employment Solicitor The Opportunity: Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor seeking a new challenge within a prestigious, Legal 500-ranked firm? About the Role: You will be advising employers across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including: * Disciplinary and grievance procedures * Redundancy processes and reorganisations * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies * Defending Employment Tribunal claims * TUPE and business restructuring * Strategic HR and compliance advice You will play a key role in delivering practical, commercially focused solutions to a diverse client base, while also supporting the wider development of the team.
