Head of Dispute Resolution Head of Dispute Resolution. This is an opportunity to take over the running of a successful and established dispute resolution department. The team have an excellent flow of work and their caseload is very varied including commercial, civil, property, debt and probate disputes. Much of the work comes from referral, cross referral or repeat business. As head of department you will manage your own caseload and supervise the team. In addition you will have input into the strategic direction of the firm generally and your team specifically. You will be supported in developing relationships with existing clients, exploiting opportunities to win new business and business planning. To be considered for this opportunity you should be an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, with experience of supervising junior lawyer and building client relationships.
