Our client, a highly regarded West Midlands law firm, is seeking an ambitious and commercially astute NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic disputes team. The Role: You'll be exposed to a broad range of high-quality commercial litigation matters, including: * Contractual disputes for corporate and SME clients * Property litigation, including landlord and tenant issues and real estate disputes * Professional indemnity claims involving legal, construction, and financial professionals This is a superb opportunity to develop your litigation skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced partners and associates.
