Housing Management Solicitor - Manchester National law firm is recruiting an experienced solicitor to join its leading Housing Management team based at its offices in Manchester. The Firm A national firm with one of the largest housing management teams in the country The firm offer strong sector focussed advice across a wide range of legal areas Cultivating an environment, which encourages long standing careers with the firm The Role Acting for a large number of registered providers of social housing and local authorities including possession, injunction, disrepair on all aspects of housing functions including possession actions, antisocial behaviour and policy and procedure work One-to-one development and encouragement from your supervising partner and the wider team Good level of client contact and early responsibility Handling a caseload will include injunctions and possession applications, disrepair applications, advisory work, equality act 2010, all aspects of drafting's including pleading and witnesses' statements and regular client communication, depending on level of experience Requirements Proven experience representing housing association clients Ability to demonstrate ambition and a real interest in the social housing sector Previous experience either in house or in private practice to be able to manage work with minimal supervision Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working Working in a firm culture of sustainable growth that supports your wellbeing where your contribution will be judged on merit If you are interested in this housing management role or would like further information, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
