Commercial Litigation - Manchester BCL Legal is working with a leading international firm recruiting a Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join its dynamic and friendly team based in Manchester. Hybrid working is also offered with this role. The Role Working within a well established and recognised team, alongside Partners ranked in the legal directories Acting on behalf of a varied client base in both private and public sectors across a diverse range of industry sectors including banking, education, leisure, retail and construction Advising and representing clients in commercial litigation matters, through litigation, arbitration or ADR Handling contractual and commercial disputes, public law disputes, professional negligence, injunctions, reputation management work and contentious insolvency matters often with an international focus Assisting partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters Building and maintaining client relationships Requirements Qualified E&W Solicitor up to 2 PQE Experienced across a broad range of commercial disputes A positive can do attitude Benefits Excellent salary and benefits package Exposure to rewarding and complex work working within a supportive and collaborative team Ability to develop client relationships from an early stage For more information regarding this commercial litigation role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
