Employment Associate - Manchester / Hybrid Working An opportunity for a NQ - 3 Employment Solicitor to join this forward-thinking law firm that forms part of a highly respected global financial services group. With offices across the UK and a growing Employment Law team, this opportunity offers both high-quality work and real scope for long-term career development. The Role As an Employment Law Solicitor or Associate, you will join a collaborative national team handling a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm acts for a varied client base across sectors to include leisure and retail. Advising clients on employment disputes and litigation risk pre-proceedings, including ACAS Early Conciliation and settlement strategy. Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception to conclusion, including advocacy, case management, witness statements and liaison with Counsel. Advising on day-to-day HR issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures. Drafting and reviewing employment documentation including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Delivering client training, webinars, and legal updates across the business. Requirements NQ - 3 Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in employment law (contentious and/or advisory) Previous experience managing Tribunal claims and advising on employment documentation.
