The Team The Commercial Litigation team at the firm is one of the leading dispute resolution practices in the North of England, with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations. The team handles a diverse range of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, professional negligence, IP and IT disputes, insolvency, and defamation. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join a dynamic team and manage a varied caseload under the supervision of senior members. What We're Looking For We are seeking an NQ-2 PQE solicitor with solid experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have: · A strong academic background and relevant litigation experience · Experience in commercial disputes, ideally gained in a national or regional firm · A proactive, client-focused approach · The ability to manage your own caseload under supervision · An interest in developing a career in commercial litigation Candidates with experience in handling SME/OMB clients will be particularly well suited to this role, though we welcome applications from solicitors with a broad range of commercial litigation experience.
