Housing Litigation Solicitor - Leading Regional Law Firm - North West
A respected, forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their market leading and highly regarded Housing & Regeneration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and experienced Housing Litigation solicitor to take the next step in their career.

The Role
Working within a Tier 1 Legal 500 recognised team, handling a varied and complex caseload of housing litigation matters, with a primary focus on social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes, including antisocial behaviour (ASB), housing management issues, and residential leasehold claims.
Representing clients at County Court, Magistrates Court (civil jurisdiction), and First-tier Tribunal hearings
Preparing and presenting applications for injunctions (on notice and ex parte), committals, case management, and trials where appropriate
Providing practical legal advice in both litigated and pre-litigation matters
Support the department's broader strategy, business development, and quality initiatives
Mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with SRA, ISO:9001, and internal protocols
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (civil rights of audience) with 2+ years PQE
Demonstrable experience in social housing litigation is essential
Confident advocate, with experience of court/tribunal hearings preferred
Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) is advantageous but not essential
