Employment Lawyer - 2-7 PQE - Manchester This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join one of the UK's most highly regarded Employment & Reward teams. The role offers exposure to high-profile clients, complex cross-border matters, and a clear path for career progression. The Opportunity Working with a top-tier international law firm, which is expanding its market-leading Employment team. The team is recognised nationally and internationally for its strength in advising FTSE blue-chip companies, global corporates, and financial institutions on strategic and complex employment law matters. The role will include; Advising high-profile clients on strategic employment law issues, including complex grievances, discrimination, whistleblowing, restructuring, and redundancy. Managing high-value Employment Tribunal claims and, where relevant, High Court litigation (including restrictive covenant enforcement and bonus disputes). Supporting executive-level matters such as senior recruitment, terminations, and boardroom issues. Act on cross-border employment matters, collaborating closely with international offices. Contribute to large-scale projects such as global change management, benefit redesign, and gender pay gap reporting. Provide innovative, commercially focused solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Qualified solicitor with 2-7 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm. Demonstrate technical excellence in employment law and strong market knowledge. Possess experience advising on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Are collaborative team players with excellent communication and client-relationship skills. Experience in M&A, outsourcing projects, or cross-border employment issues will be advantageous, but not essential. Why Apply?
