This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join a leading national Litigation, Regulatory & Compliance team in Manchester. Working alongside a nationally recognised partner and an award-winning team, you'll be involved in significant commercial disputes for a loyal and expanding client base that includes PLC's, global household names, and innovative start-ups. The Opportunity A rare chance to work on cutting-edge, high-profile contentious matters with a team that has an excellent reputation for litigation, arbitration, and regulatory work across the UK and internationally. Complex Commercial Disputes to include a diverse range of litigation, arbitration, and ADR matters, often with a cross-border element. Working with high profile clients across a variety of sectors Collaborating with in house specialists in telecoms, financial services disputes, insurance, competition, and regulatory investigations. Requirements A strong grounding in commercial litigation with experience managing complex disputes 4+ years' PQE (Senior Associate or Principal Associate level). Confidence in client engagement, leading on matters, and mentoring junior team members. Experience in technology or cross-border disputes is advantageous, but not essential.
