The Opportunity

As an Associate within the Employment team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business owners, HR professionals, in-house counsel, and senior executives, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice on the full spectrum of employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate within the Employment team, your responsibilities will include:
Advising employers, employees, and senior executives on a broad range of employment law issues.
Handling both contentious and non-contentious matters including discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinary and grievance processes, dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, maternity and paternity rights, and employment tribunal claims.
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and related documentation.
Supporting corporate transactions with employment law advice.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a variety of sectors.
Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the wider Employment team.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in employment law.
Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
