Property Litigation Solicitor - North West

The Opportunity
Working within a firm, which is values-led with deep regional roots and a strong national profile. The Property Litigation team continues to grow and is seeking an ambitious solicitor to play a key role in delivering excellent results for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of contentious property matters, including: Leasehold disputes, Boundary disputes, Adverse possession claims, Section 20 consultation procedures, Serving and responding to Section 25 and Section 26 notices and Dilapidations disputes
Drafting and responding to proceedings in the County Court, High Court and First Tier Property Tribunal
Attend site visits with experts where required
Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, courts and third parties to progress matters efficiently
Supervise and mentor paralegals, supporting their professional development
Collaborate across departments on joint matters and strategic projects
About You
To be considered, you will:
Be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 2+ PQE
Have demonstrable experience within a Property Litigation or Real Estate Disputes team
Have handled matters involving leasehold disputes, dilapidations, adverse possession and boundary issues
