Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join its expanding Real Estate Litigation team. The Opportunity You'll advise a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial property disputes, working alongside respected real estate specialists on complex and high-profile matters. This position is available across Manchester or Liverpool, with flexible hybrid working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance. As a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor / Associate, you will: - Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes. - Advise clients on opposed and unopposed lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. - Handle matters involving restrictive covenants, break notices and lease interpretation. - Advise on dilapidations claims and negotiated settlements. - Deal with rights of way, easements, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance claims. - Manage landlord and tenant disputes, including possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, forfeiture and CRAR. - Advise on telecommunications and insolvency-related property issues. - Work closely with colleagues across Real Estate and other specialist teams to provide integrated legal solutions. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in commercial real estate litigation who are looking to take the next step in their career. You will ideally have: - Experience handling a broad range of commercial property disputes. - Strong technical knowledge of lease renewals, statutory and contractual notices, dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters. - Experience managing court proceedings and dispute resolution processes. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
