The Opportunity You will join an established Commercial Dispute Resolution team that advises clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, telecommunications, professional services, food and drink, and utilities. The team handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including High Court proceedings, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, acting for businesses throughout the UK and Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant disputes involving contractual claims, shareholder disputes, intellectual property matters and other complex commercial litigation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to trial, settlement or enforcement. Advise corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals on litigation strategy, commercial risk and dispute resolution. Handle High Court litigation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications and other key litigation documents, including injunctions and summary judgment applications. Manage large-scale disclosure exercises using eDisclosure platforms. Work closely with leading Counsel on high-profile litigation, preparing briefs and developing case strategy. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the litigation process. Supervise, mentor and support junior members of the team, ensuring high standards of technical excellence. About You Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with strong commercial litigation experience who can demonstrate: Significant experience managing commercial disputes from inception through to resolution. Excellent technical knowledge of High Court litigation and Civil Procedure Rules. Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy support skills. Experience advising commercial clients across a range of sectors. Confidence managing client relationships and running matters with appropriate supervision. Previous experience supervising junior lawyers would be advantageous. Why Apply?
