Senior Legal Counsel - Litigation

In-House Litigation Lawyer (2-year FTC) | Milton Keynes/Hybrid | £65 - 75k + bonus A premium brand in the automotive sector is looking for an In-House Litigation Lawyer to join their established legal team. This is a high-profile opportunity to work on complex disputes and complaints within the financial services business, supporting the Head of Legal and wider leadership team. The role You'll take ownership of a diverse caseload, including consumer finance disputes, debt recovery, and customer satisfaction claims. You'll also play a key role in handling Financial Ombudsman complaints, working closely with regulators, external counsel, and internal stakeholders. Alongside case management, you'll support litigation strategy, draft legal reports, and advise senior stakeholders on risk and resolution. You'll also help develop processes to improve outcomes for customers and the business.
