Senior Legal Counsel - Employment

In-House Employment role | Remote with travel | £80-85k + car allowance + bonus We're working with a major international business seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its established in-house legal team. This is a broad and commercially focused role supporting a large and diverse workforce across the UK and Ireland. You'll advise on the full range of employment law matters, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders on everything from day-to-day advisory issues through to complex strategic projects. The role offers exposure to: · Employment advisory work across a large national workforce · TUPE, restructures and organisational change projects · Trade union and collective employment matters · Policy development and employment law training · The implementation of significant legislative changes · Senior stakeholder engagement across multiple business divisions You'll join a small, highly regarded employment law team where lawyers are trusted advisors to the business rather than purely technical specialists. About you · As a guide, the role would suit an Employment Lawyer with 5+ PQE · Experience advising employers is essential · In-house experience is desirable but not essential · Comfortable providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to business stakeholders The organisation offers excellent flexibility and work-life balance, with limited office attendance required and significant autonomy over how you manage your time.
