PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Award winning law firm - Rated in the top tier for Dispute Resolution in the North East Legal 500 - Highly recommended Property Litigation team THE ROLE - You will be joining a highly regarded Property Litigation team, working on a range of commercial and residential property disputes including: - Assured/assured shorthold/regulated tenancies; - ASB possessions; - Ground rent and service charge recovery; - 1954 Act lease renewals; - Dilapidations; - Rent reviews; - Possessions; - Forfeiture; - Service charges; - Telecommunications; - Trespass issues; and - FTT applications.
