Private Client Solicitor - NQ-3

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - NQ-3 PQE - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Highly successful and well regarded regional law firm - Offices based in Newcastle, Manchester and Leeds - Large 3 Partner strong Private Client team THE ROLE - Offering existing and future clients a wide range of private client legal services - You will be supporting the Partners and wider team on a range of matters including: - meeting clients and advising on inheritance tax mitigation and estate planning matters - meeting clients and advising on how to structure Wills to facilitate inheritance tax mitigation and/or wealth preservation - meeting clients to take instructions for and drafting bespoke Wills incorporating various trust structures and bespoke ancillary documents, and dealing with their execution - You will also liaise with lawyers in other jurisdictions to advise on clients' foreign matters and estates - You will also assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including high value Estates containing business and foreign property interests THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate approximately NQ-3 years PQE in Private Client law - Experience handling your own caseload, or assisting on more complex matters would be beneficial - You will have a strong passion for Private Client Law, a desire to learn, and be a team player with strong attention to detail - You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - 2024 qualifiers are welcome to apply THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Excellent benefits package including enhanced parental leave, healthcare benefits, and additional perks - Hybrid/flexible working policy For more information on this Private Client Solicitor position in Newcastle, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
