Senior Private Client Solicitor/Partner

SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE 5+ PQE to PARTNER LEVEL THE FIRM - Full service Commercial Law Firm, with brand new offices in the heart of Newcastle City Centre - Highly regarded and long established Private Client team THE ROLE - You will be handling your own busy caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, administration estates, LPAs, trusts and estate planning - You will responsible for preparing legal documents and be responsible for the drafting of Wills, trusts LPAs Prepare legal documents and be responsible for the drafting of Wills, trusts LPAs You will be offering expert guidance to clients during probate and estate administration processes and drafting all associated Legal Documents including Legal Statements, HRMC forms, Deeds of Variation, Assets, Assignments, asset transfer forms, and R185 forms etc - As a senior member of the team you will assisting with supervising and supporting more junior team members, and also get involved with business development activities THE REQUIREMENTS - You will be a qualified Solicitor, or experienced fee earner with 5 plus years experience of handling your own private client caseload - You will have strong knowledge in private client law including, wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, tax planning and asset protection - Supervisory and/or training experience would also be beneficial - Ideally you will be a qualified Member of STEP, although this is not essential THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Excellent benefits package For more information on this Private Client Solicitor position in Newcastle, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
