DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE A progressive, values-driven commercial law firm in Newcastle is looking to add to its Commercial Disputes team with a junior lawyer. The Role The firm is looking to recruit an ambitious 0-3 PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team in Newcastle. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-quality cases, providing support to clients across various industries. The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of disputes, including: - Contract Disputes - Director, Shareholder, and Partnership Disputes - Insurance Disputes - Intellectual Property Disputes - Professional Negligence Claims - Commercial Property Litigation - Lease Renewals - Public Law and Public Sector Disputes - Regulatory Disputes As part of the team, the Solicitor will gain exposure to complex, high-value matters while receiving support and guidance from experienced colleagues.
