EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 3+PQE - NEWCASTLE A leading national law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in Newcastle. The Newcastle Employment team comprises six Partners, supported by 19 lawyers and support staff, and has built an exceptional reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercial employment advice across a broad range of sectors. The team advises an impressive portfolio of clients across a variety of industries, with particular strength in manufacturing, care homes and domiciliary care, leisure and tourism, pharmaceuticals, out-of-hours GP services, and third sector organisations. Alongside providing day-to-day employment law and HR advice, the team is regularly instructed on complex matters including Employment Tribunal litigation, TUPE transfers arising from mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing arrangements, restructuring exercises, collective consultation processes, directors' service agreements, senior executive exits, and complex discrimination issues. In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law, including Employment Tribunal litigation, day-to-day advisory work, and strategic HR support. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to complex and high-value matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness.
