Commercial Litigation, Senior Associate, Belfast This national firm with a great reputation across a number of interesting sectors has an opening for a commercial litigation solicitor in Belfast who also wants to get involved in some high profile litigation involving general commercial disputes as well as intellectual property disputes. The Department The Dispute Resolution Practice Group supports the wider firm's clients with a range of disputes across multiple jurisdictions. The Group is looking to recruit a senior associate, in its commercial litigation team. The team advise a broad range of commercial clients on a variety of contentious commercial issues; including general commercial contractual disputes, protecting and enforcing IP rights, defending against infringement actions, managing reputations, take-downs and dealing with contentious employment issues among other areas. The team is highly regarded and consistently ranked in both Chambers (UK and Europe editions) and Legal 500. Responsibilities The preferred candidate will have spent time within the commercial litigation group of a medium or large private practice law firm, where they developed strong technical legal skills and gained experience of commercial disputes. The role will involve working alongside market leading partners within the team, handling a variety of commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will be 4PQE+.
