The Role You'll advise a range of high-profile local and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: Complex WRC and Labour Court litigation Discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay, and contingent worker disputes Employment aspects of corporate transactions, reorganisations, and outsourcing projects Day-to-day HR and employee relations advice across multiple sectors You'll work collaboratively with senior partners and have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the practice. About You: 5+ years' PQE in employment law Experience across both contentious and advisory matters Strong client management skills and commercial awareness Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to build and lead within a growing practice Why Apply?
