Employment Associate (1-3 PQE), Dublin
This is a superb opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding Dublin office of an international firm at an early stage of its growth. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Employment Partner and Senior Associate, while also collaborating with colleagues across a well-established international employment network.
The Opportunity
You will gain exposure to a broad mix of work, including:
Contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Corporate support on transactions
Workforce restructurings and complex advisory projects
Representation before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Irish courts
Coordination of cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mandates
The practice has a strong international platform, with a significant proportion of matters involving collaboration across offices. This role offers genuine cross-border exposure and the opportunity to work with multinational and high-growth clients, particularly in technology-driven sectors.
The Team & Environment
The Dublin office has grown rapidly since opening and is continuing on an ambitious expansion trajectory. The employment team is currently lean, making this hire a key strategic addition. As such, you will benefit from close partner access, high levels of responsibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the practice locally.
The wider international employment group is highly regarded and recognised for its strength in cross-border restructuring, investigations, senior executive matters, global mobility and corporate support work.
The Ideal Candidate
You will likely:
Be a qualified solicitor with experience in employment law gained at a leading domestic or international firm
Have exposure to both advisory and transactional support work
Be commercially minded and confident working directly with clients
Ideally have experience assisting on cross-border matters
Why consider this role?
Join a growing office at an exciting stage of development
Work within a genuinely international platform
Gain exposure to complex, cross-border employment matters
Benefit from strong progression prospects within an expanding team
