The Role: Due to continued growth and an influx of high-calibre instructions, the firm is looking to welcome a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). You will work alongside market-leading Partners on a diverse range of disputes, including: High-stakes corporate and shareholder disputes. Financial services litigation and contentious regulatory mandates. Defamation, technology, and data privacy disputes. High-value insurance coverage and cross-border commercial litigation. The Candidate: A qualified Solicitor in Ireland (or eligible for admission) with 2-5 years PQE in commercial litigation. Experience gained within a large commercial law firm or a recognised specialist litigation practice. Strong technical drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when handling complex legal issues.
