A leading Global Law Firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Employment Associate to join its award-winning practice in Dublin. This firm is consistently recognised for its high-value, cross-border M&A and large-scale organisational change projects and offers an unrivaled platform for those looking to work on high-profile, cross-border mandates while receiving market-leading compensation.
Working directly with highly regarded Partners, you will advise a blue-chip client base on the full spectrum of employment law.
The Role
As an Associate within this growing team, you will:
Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Support major international M&A transactions, providing expert TUPE and integration advice.
Work closely with colleagues across a global network to deliver seamless service to multinational corporations.
Engage in high-level advisory work, including executive remunerations, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations.
The Person
1-4 years PQE in Employment Law from a top-tier or mid-tier commercial firm.
A strong academic background and a deep understanding of Irish and EU employment legislation.
An interest in working as part of an international team on multijurisdictional projects.
The ability to provide precise, practical advice that aligns with a client's strategic business goals.
