Pensions Associate - Band 1 Ranked Global Firm Role: Associate (Pensions & Advisory) Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Firm Type: Top-tier Global Powerhouse Salary: Competitive Market Rate + Performance Bonus The Opportunity BCL Legal is currently instructed by a Band 1 ranked global law firm to identify a high-caliber Pensions Associate to join their award-winning Dublin practice. This is not a traditional "back-office" pensions role. You will be joining a team that is consistently recognised as the "go-to" advisor for the largest pension schemes and corporate sponsors in Ireland. As part of a seamless global network, you will work on market-leading mandates including Master Trusts, pension risk transfers, and complex buy-outs. The Role Working alongside some of the most respected Partners in the European market, your remit will include: · Providing high-level advice to trustees and corporates on the management and restructuring of large-scale schemes. · Leading on the transition to and regulation of Master Trusts. · Advising on the pensions aspects of major M&A and corporate restructuring. · Working as part of an integrated cross-jurisdictional team, offering a truly international perspective to domestic and global clients. What You'll Bring · Ideally 2-6 years' PQE (though all levels will be considered) with a strong background in Pensions law from a respected firm or in-house legal team. · A deep understanding of Irish pension regulation and the ability to draft complex commercial and scheme documents. · The ability to translate technical legislative changes into strategic business advice for your clients.
