Senior Employment Lawyer - Unique Remote/Flexible Model (Ireland)
The Opportunity
BCL Legal has been exclusively instructed by an international law firm to recruit a Senior Employment Lawyer (6+ PQE) for their pioneering, flexible resourcing division.
This is a highly unique opportunity in the Irish market, offering a premium, top-tier salary combined with ultimate professional autonomy. You choose your workload and hours, making this ideally suited to a senior employment solicitor who wants to step away from traditional private practice targets without sacrificing earnings or career quality.
How it Works
Unlike typical consultancy roles, you will receive a guaranteed base salary and full benefits package, balancing your year between two highly flexible models:
· In-House Secondments: Premium hybrid secondments with major tech, media, and multinational brands. Client offices are primarily in Dublin (generally requiring 2-3 days of office attendance per week only during active secondments).
· Agile Remote Work: When off-secondment, you will provide employment advice via a dedicated helpline and handle WRC litigation. This work is 100% home-based (full IT setup provided) and can be scaled down to just 1-2 days per week depending on your preference.
Requirements
· Experience: 6+ years' PQE with a strong background in Irish and/or UK employment law (ideally, dual qualified).
· Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a valid Irish or UK practising certificate.
· Skillset: Excellent academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset. Prior in-house or Employee Relations experience is beneficial but not required.
