Employment Solicitor (2-5 years PQE), Dublin BCL Legal has been retained by a premier, tier-one corporate law firm in Dublin to recruit an Employment Solicitor (2-5 years PQE). This practice handles high-profile, complex employment law matters for a premium roster of domestic and international blue-chip clients. Key Responsibilities The role offers a balanced mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including: · Advisory: Advising on high-value corporate restructurings, senior executive terminations, redundancies, and employment policies. · Contentious: Representing employers before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), the Labour Court, and the High Court on complex disputes and whistleblowing claims. · Transactional: Providing employment law support to the firm's M&A and Corporate teams on cross-border transactions and TUPE transfers. Requirements · Qualified Solicitor with 2 to 5 years' PQE specialising in employment law. · Strong training and practice background, ideally from a top-tier, mid-tier, or recognised specialist employment team in Ireland or the UK. · Sound commercial judgment, strong drafting skills, and experience managing client relationships.
