Commercial Litigation Associate (1-3 PQE) | Dublin The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Associate (1-3 years PQE) to join the fast-growing Dispute Resolution practice of a major international law firm based in Dublin. Working closely with market-leading partners, you will advise a prestigious roster of domestic and global corporate clients, high-growth technology companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. The team handles a broad spectrum of high-stakes, complex commercial disputes, group actions, cross-border litigation, regulatory matters, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Key Responsibilities · Assisting in the management and strategy of complex, high-value Commercial Court proceedings and cross-border litigation. · Drafting court documents, pleadings, affidavits, and key dispute correspondence. · Conducting legal research on complex statutory, regulatory, and procedural points of law. · Managing extensive discovery processes, utilising e-discovery tools, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional evidence. · Briefing and liaising with counsel, experts, foreign legal advisors, and clients. · Actively participating in client meetings, business development initiatives, and firm-wide innovation drives. Candidate Requirements · Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience within a reputable commercial litigation practice. · Strong grounding in High Court and Commercial Court procedure, dispute management, and discovery protocols. · Exposure to or interest in tech-related disputes, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, or regulatory issues is advantageous. · Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, sharp commercial acumen and a collaborative team mindset.
