This firm's Dispute Resolution group is widely recognised for handling high-value, complex, and high-profile contentious matters. The Role Joining a highly sophisticated litigation practice, you will work alongside leading market figures on complex domestic and cross-jurisdictional disputes. Key responsibilities include: · Managing a broad portfolio of commercial, corporate, financial, and regulatory disputes, as well as high-stakes international arbitrations and ADR. · Acting as a trusted adviser to leading domestic and international corporate clients. · Playing an active role in business development, thought leadership, and mentoring junior associates and trainees. · Leveraging modern legal technologies and AI drafting tools within established practice guidelines to optimise service delivery. Candidate Profile · At least 4+ years' PQE in commercial litigation gained within a top-tier, mid-tier, or boutique commercial litigation practice in Ireland or the UK. · Strong Academic Background with proven technical drafting and oral advocacy/advisory skills. · Commercial Mindset: Proactive approach to client delivery, business development, and cross-border collaboration.
