NQ Private Client Solicitor An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an NQ Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Private Client team in Cambridge. They are looking for a newly qualified solicitor who has a solid grounding in private client work, who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area. The Private Client team is a key part of the business. Many members of the team hold Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners qualifications and are part of Solicitors for the Elderly. They act for a vast number of high net worth clients as well as acting for several private family and charitable trusts. They are experienced in helping clients to manage their domestic and international estate planning needs. Your duties: - Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of Private Client work - Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within the Private Client arena, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge. - Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities. About You: - NQ - 1 years PQE qualified Solicitor in the UK and Wales - Experience of Private Client work (pre or post qualification) - An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships - Excellent technical ability and drafting skills - To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills - To have strong commercial acumen For more information, please contact Soph Memhi at BCL Legal.
