Private Client Solicitor/Associate

An award-winning practice is currently seeking multiple Private Client Solicitors to join their team within the East Midlands. The ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience advising mass affluent clients on Inheritance Tax planning/Estate planning. This presents an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and innovative Private Client team as they expand due to continued success. Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Partners in the department to assist with a caseload with a major focus on Estate Planning. - Integral part of the Private Client team, delivering on agreed cases, sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the overall team profile. - Meeting individual targets with minimal supervision. - Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and building appropriate relationships. - Development of technical and non-technical skills to meet client and firm requirements, demonstrating continuous improvement. Skills and experience: - Qualified Solicitor. - Strong legal skills and knowledge in a Private Client setting. - Responsible for a broad and varied caseload including Wills, Estate Administration, IHT, and Estate Planning. - Sound knowledge of all private client matters, with excellent communication skills. - Proactive and passionate about career development. - Proven results in supporting business development. - Strong team player with a motivational hands-on approach. - Deals confidently and diplomatically with clients and stakeholders.
