The Department The Private Client Team is highly acclaimed, receiving top rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500 for a number of their offices. The team advises business owners and high-net-worth individuals on a variety of local and multi-jurisdictional matters, including wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax planning strategies. The team members are recognised experts in their field and include members of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). About the Role The firm are offering an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to join their established Private Client Department in their St Albans office. The successful candidate will provide a range of advice and services to individual clients, including the preparation of wills and trusts, inheritance tax planning, and probate & estate administration. The complexity of matters handled will evolve with the candidate's experience, supported by supervision and guidance. You will gain experience in handling larger value estates and more complex family circumstances as you develop in the role. Candidates must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that legal advice is clear and tailored to the client's specific circumstances.
