The firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to contribute to their expanding commercial property department. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects. - Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property issues. - Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents. - Conducting due diligence and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions. - Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments in commercial property law. Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law. - Proven experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
