Key Responsibilities: - Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, probate applications, and trusts. - Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. - Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery. - Participating in business development activities to help grow the firm's private client practice. About the Team: The Private Client team is a key part of the business. Many members hold Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners qualifications and are part of Solicitors for the Elderly. - The team acts for high net worth clients, private family, and charitable trusts. - Experienced in managing domestic and international estate planning needs. - Advises on wills, trusts, capital tax planning, probate, administration of estates, and Court of Protection matters. Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of two years experience within private client, with experience in IHT advisory, estate administration and drafting of complex Wills. - Strong academic background with relevant legal qualifications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
