Key Responsibilities: - Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, estate administration, probate applications, Trusts and advising on IHT. - Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. - Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery. - Participating in business development activities to help grow the firm's private client practice. Requirements: - Newly Qualified Solicitor with a keen interest in private client law. - Strong academic background with relevant legal qualifications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.
