Trusts and Tax Solicitor BCL Legal are working with an award-winning large regional law firm who are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Trusts and Tax Solicitor to join their dynamic Private Client team, highly ranked within the Legal 500. This role involves managing a caseload of trust settlements, trust administration, and providing specialist tax advice. Location: Flexible - Nottingham, Peterborough or Cambridge Key Responsibilities: - - Responsible for a broad and varied caseload including creating settlements, managing and administering trusts, including drafting any relevant supplementary trust documentation and providing specialist tax advice during the trust administration period. - Meet individual targets with minimal supervision. - Build and maintain client relationships. - Adhere to quality procedures and management systems. - Support BD and team growth. Qualifications and Experience: - - Relevant professional qualification. - Minimum of 3 years PQE in a Private Client setting with experience in Trusts/Tax, pre-qualification experience will be taken into account. - Ideally a sound understanding of all private client matters.
