Commercial IP Lawyer - Bristol Leading International organisation is seeking a senior Commercial IP Lawyer to join their growing team in Bristol. The team works for many household-name clients as well as fast-growing companies and creatives. This opportunity is offered with flexible and agile working options as well as a competitive salary. Ideal Candidate Experience in all areas of IP. Experience in advising on branding issues, working alongside a trade mark prosecution team is desired. Experience of IP management and strategy projects would be useful. Demonstrable experience in providing strategic IP advice to clients. Ability to undertake and manage workstreams and/or matters precisely and effectively, delegating to and supervising junior lawyers where necessary Excellent drafting skills.
