Planning Solicitor - Warwickshire A well established law firm are seeking an ambitious Planning Solicitor to join their growing team in Warwickshire. You will be supporting on a range of high-quality planning work, to include advising on complex planning law matters, highways and planning agreements, planning due diligence, planning appeals and planning enforcement matters. Person specification: *Strong background as a Planning Solicitor or similar *Excellent client and team communication skills *Desire to play a key role in the future of the development team. *Be able to deliver succinct, quality and tailored advice to key clients. *Demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation. *Able to proactively identify issues and develop solutions The firm offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days), pension, training and development, private medical insurance, life assurance, healthcare scheme, on-site canteen and an active social committee.
