Corporate Partner | Leading Law Firm | Bournemouth The Opportunity This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Partner to establish and grow a new practice for a leading law firm. You will be supported by the firms highly regarded Tier 1 teams in Winchester and Southampton and will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of for their corporate offering in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities *Build and lead the corporate practice in Bournemouth *Advise on and manage a broad range of transactional matters, including acquisitions and disposals, particularly within PE-backed and buy-and-build strategies *Provide expert guidance on non-transactional corporate matters such as shareholders' agreements, share option schemes, and restructurings *Manage your own caseload while collaborating with colleagues across the team *Actively engage in business development and marketing initiatives *Deliver high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships *Contribute to the mentoring and supervision of junior team members *Ensure compliance with internal processes, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. About You *Qualified solicitor with significant corporate law experience, ideally at partner level *Proven track record in transactional corporate work *Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients *Highly organised, proactive, and commercially astute *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing and supportive team and work in a firm that values innovation and entrepreneurship.
